Visa

In order to obtain a Russian visa, you must submit to us: an original international passpot, filled out visa application, one passport photo and copy of medical insurance vallid in Russia. 

Requirements for passport:

• Must be valid at least 6 months after the trip
  
• Must have no physical damage
  
• Must have at least one blank page for the Russian visa
  

Requirements for filling out visa application:

• Must be filled out with black or blue ink pen
  
• You must mention your address in Finland, Sweden or Estonia as place of permanent residence
  
• If you are not sure how to fill a certain part of the applciation, leave it blank
  
• The application must be signed
  

Requirements for photo:

• Can be black and white or coloured
  
• Must be a real photo. Photos printed at home on regular office paper will be rejected.
  

If these requirements are not followed, your visa application will be rejected and no refunds will be made. If you fulfiled all the requirements and you are refused a visa, Bair Travels Oy bears responsibility for all expenses.
